Thanks to last week's early podcast, we've got a tonne of things to cover this week, as we discuss the episodes of Corrie broadcast in the UK between the 20th and the 27th July. This week saw the climax of the Kayla story, and the big reveal of her secret identity. What could be next for her character, though, and is redemption really possible? Also this week, a fair bit of comings and goings - Eva and Adam head off for a new life in France, and Tyrone receives the sad news that his mum has died. On the plus side, though, we do get the return of the fabulous Claudia Colby! After Street Talk, we do a quick character profile on the late Jackie Dobbs, who, despite only being in the show for a handful of episodes, certainly made a big impression (and speaking of impressions, Michael of course takes plenty of opportunities to crack out his best Scouse accent throughout this section!) It's soap awards season again, and in The Kabin, we take a look at who's been nominated in the Inside Soap Awards this year, then we round off the podcast with more of your listener feedback.
