This week on Conversation Street, we chat about the episodes of Corrie broadcast in the UK between the 30th June and the 4th July. What did we make of the return of Crazy Nick, who seems like he'll stop at nothing to make Leanne's life a misery? Should Gail defy her family and continue to involve herself in Michael's troubles? And of course we also have the answer to this week's biggest question: can you drink water during Ramadan? In the Kabin, we ponder whether soaps will still be around in ten years, following a recent comment by Russel T Davies, whilst the future of the factory is under discussion in the feedback segment. In the character profile section, we pay tribute to the World Cup by delving into the Corrie history books and finding out about footballer David Barlow.

Michael predicted the future about soaps as he said Doctors could be gone in 10 years but not the others as Russell T Davies predicted soaps could be gone in 10 years. So Doctors and Holby City have gone and Neighbours had a hiatus so Russell was partly correct.
