Things go from bad to worse at Barlow's Bookies this week, as both Steve and Rob have a spot of luck at Peter's expense. With the odds he's been offering, it's a bit of a surprise that we haven't seen Norris having a bit of a flutter, as it begins to dawn on him what the financial implications of being a homeowner really are. Meanwhile, there's some devastating news for Hayley at the medical centre... the dishy Doctor Carter has upped and left! Oh, and she might also have cancer.
